Tweezer Food

I had never heard of the concept before. There are so many views on it and whether it is good or bad. It is simply high-end restaurant cuisine that is delicately prepared and presented – often literally with tweezers. Tweezers are altering how chefs move around the kitchens in restaurants. Chefs will assembe each dish with a series of almost soundless movements. When all the cooks are bent over one plate, tweezers poised, it looks like a silent game of Operation played backwards.
