April Awareness April 9-13

I thought that I would come back to the awareness month like I did the past two months here and there. I find them so interesting and with Tweezers being a small part of the health industry with our many doctor customers and the part they play removing ticks (lime disease) I wanted to give back.

Last week was Cancer Registrars Week (National). Since this post someone did not get published I felt that it was still important to post so people knew about options.

A cancer registry is a systematic collection of data about cancer and tumor diseases. The data are collected by Cancer Registrars. Cancer Registrars capture a complete summary of patient history, diagnosis, treatment, and status for every cancer patient in the United States, and other countries. The median annual Tumor Registrar salary is $50,183, as of January 30, 2018, with a range usually between $45,429-$55,972, however this can vary widely depending on a variety of factors.
